Warranty and Support

Our CEONIC ISSC M22 9mm P.A.K. pistol (3 years) is covered under our company's warranty.
Any parts that are found to be defective or broken, excluding user error, will be replaced with new ones free of charge.
If the pistol experiences a malfunction within the warranty period, the repair time will be added to the warranty duration.
The maximum repair time for the pistol is 15 business days. This period starts from the date of notification to the service center for product-related malfunctions or, in cases where there is no service center, to the seller dealer, representative, or manufacturer of the product.
Within 7 business days from the day the product reaches the service center, the malfunction will be resolved.
Defects caused by the product being used contrary to the instructions provided in the user manual are not covered under the warranty.
